Dr. Baird frequently participates in benefit concerts. In fact she coordinated a Kosovo Benefit concert June 6, 1999, featuring members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Julianne Baird, and a Brazilian Jazz Duo. Several thousand dollars were raised for Kosovo refugees. Dr. Baird has also provided her support and guidance to a promising regional children's chorus, The Greater South Jersey Children's Chorus. In addition to serving as guest conductor for several rehearsals, she was a guest soloist at their final Spring Concert on Friday, June 2, 2000. Julianne Baird also performed as soloist on behalf of the "Joyful Noise Foundation" in December 1999. Her solo work on behalf of Philomel helped them raise $5,000 at their annual benefit. Julianne Baird's guest performance to benefit the Westchester Oratorio Society on March 26, 2000, proved even more fruitful in raising over $10,000 in support of this music group. Other regional presentations include a 1996 concert for the Caring Hearts Ministry for Children with HIV, a lecture-demonstration to Classics students at Cherry Hill Public Schools, and a lecture on Vivaldi to the Adult Forum of the First Presbyterian Church of Haddonfield.

"Dance on a Moonbeam" is a recently released CD sponsored by the Berkshire Taconic Foundation to benefit children's charities. Julianne Baird collaborated with Dawn Upshaw, Frederica von Stade, and Meryl Streep all of whom donated their talents to Bill Crofut's final musical project.
